"We used Ray to design and complete the remodeling of our bathroom. Everything about this job was superior, from drawing up the plans to helping us make our choices for color, fixtures and flooring. Prior to meeting Ray, we had interviewed several architects. But after seeing Ray’s designs – far and away better than anything the architects had offered – we knew he was the guy for us! His designs blew the architect's’ ideas right out of the water. Even better… the “architect” for our build always got along with the contractor!
Ray worked with us to enable us to build our “dream home” within a viable budget range.Importantly, Ray never, ever cut corners – and yet was always conscientious about keeping the project on budget.
We greatly appreciated Ray’s attention to detail and vision.
Ray kept our project on time (eight months from the day the bulldozers arrived to demolish our old house until we received our Certificate of Occupancy). That’s critical to anyone requiring alternate living arrangements during construction.
Ray patiently guided us every step of the way – understanding that we were new to the process – and kept everything moving forward to ensure we stayed on track and on schedule.
While he was the expert, Ray was always receptive to our ideas – and when feasible, readily incorporated them into the build.
We were very impressed with the fact that Ray was not afraid to get his hands dirty. If something needed fixing, he didn’t hesitate to pick up a tool and remedy the situation right then and there.
